What CoffeeNow provides

CoffeeNow helps users discover one another, exchange invitations and messages, and plan meetings in public cafés. CoffeeNow does not conduct background checks, supervise meetings, guarantee identity or conduct, or promise that any match or meeting will be safe or successful.

Your responsibilities

• Follow the Community Guidelines and all applicable laws.
• Meet only in public places and make your own safety decisions.
• Respect consent, boundaries, privacy, and intellectual property.
• Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, scrape data, evade restrictions, or access another person’s account.

Content and communications

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give CoffeeNow permission to host, store, display, and process it only as needed to operate, protect, and improve the service. You are responsible for your content and interactions.

Safety enforcement

We may investigate reports and remove content, limit features, suspend, or terminate accounts when we reasonably believe the Terms, Community Guidelines, law, or user safety require it. We may preserve relevant information for safety, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal obligations.

Subscriptions and payments

If paid features are offered, prices and benefits will be shown before purchase. Payments may be handled by a third-party processor. Additional payment, cancellation, and refund terms shown at purchase also apply.

Service availability

CoffeeNow may change, pause, or discontinue features. The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or particular results.

Limitation and local rights

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoffeeNow is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses or for the independent actions of users. Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded where you live.

Changes

We may update these Terms as CoffeeNow develops. Material changes will be communicated reasonably, and continued use after they take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
